
There are many reasons for using an interim manager:
- Pending recruitment of long-term role
- Medium/long term sickness or absence
- Major project – new product/relocation/implementing change
- Merger or acquisition
- Short term crisis requiring quick turnaround
- Need experience and someone who can hit the ground running
